We pool investors together and raise capital to invest in residential and commercial real estate projects. Our focus is on properties in high-demand areas, backed by corporate contracts to ensure reliable occupancy and income.
Our team is composed of seasoned professionals, including developers, architects, designers, contractors, project managers, and property managers, all of whom bring their expertise to each project.
If you are an accredited investor, you can invest as little as $25,000 and become a creditor to the fund. Our fixed returns range from 6% to 8% annually, depending on the amount invested. Payouts are made semi-annually (Feb 28 and Aug 31).
As a creditor, you’ll enjoy fixed income payments with no hassles, and you can cash out your principal with notice to the fund manager within any 12-month period.

Our investments focus on residential and commercial properties, particularly in high-demand areas such as Las Vegas NV and Jackson MS. The properties are acquired through our relationships with sellers, bankers, and brokers. We add value to properties through rehabbing and furnishing then utilize the assets for our corporate leasing contracts.
*The SEC defines an accredited investor as someone whose net worth is over $1 million excluding his/her home OR has an income of $200,000 per year (if single) or $300,000 (if married and filing jointly) for the past two years with the expectation of the same income or more for this year.
